What can I say about Smoke & Bone other than it is the BEST BBQ in the area! I have tried just about everything they have to offer and I can't decide what I like the best, it is all so delicious. On top of fantastic BBQ their customer service is second to none. They take great pride in serving their customers and making sure everyone is happy and full. Located just outside of Panther Island Brewing, stop by and have a beer and some fantastic BBQ.

AWESOME food truck!!! Food is delicious. Service is the best ever. I walked up to the truck right after they closed. The owner noticed and quickly opened back up and served me some of the best food truck ribs and sausage I've had in years.

If I could give a 10/10 I most certainly would! These are THE BEST ribs I have ever had and I haven't had any others since I had them. The owners are soooooooo amazing I can't even begin to express in words how wonderful they are! My best friend & I literally eat here every time they are open. When I say 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I am not playing
